Wii U controller introduction trailer.

So now that we’ve all had a few hours to reflect on the Nintendo press conference earlier on today, maybe we can start reliving the crawling sensation of dissapointment by looking at this trailer for the Wii U controller:

While we don’t have any hard specifications on the console (or even know what it looks like) yet, we can speak to how this reveal is probably a far cry from what most people thought was coming when they first heard that Nintendo were making a new device. It should be said that Nintendo itself never really built up the rumours that it would be a core system any more than they have in the past few years. I genuinely hope that this comes out and changes things up and that I’ll be able to switch from playing some crazy good games when someone wants to watch a soap or something. I’m sure well find out some more in the coming months.
